We believe in providing quality care and creating an environment where individuals can experience freedom. 

2316 is a faith-based organization. We want to be the hands of Christ by treating every individual with love, compassion, dignity, and respect. Our name comes from Psalm 23:1–6.

2316 exists to raise the bar in CES Waiver services. Our founder remembers working at Summit Community Care and thinking, “I would not leave my loved one with this individual,” in reference to another Waiver provider. 2316 was created to provide quality services and see lives improved.

We provide quality homes and quality staff. Our goal is to help every individual we serve live the highest quality of life possible. We want our clients to feel safe, supported, and at home while becoming more independent and involved in their communities.

We only accept individuals who want to improve their well-being. At 2316, we believe that not every client is the right fit for us. If you are at rock bottom, unhappy with your current provider, or eligible to receive CES Waiver services, we are here to help you.

  • Everyone wants to throw around the terminology of love. However, when we value love we mean it. We believe that if you do not have love, you do not have anything. Jon Mark Brasher has worked with many providers that lack love. They will employee staff that do not align with values. They will additionally make minimal efforts be person-centered and allow individuals to continuously go to acute. We want our clients to thrive. We want people to experience true freedom. Our entire team is committed to showing people love. We are committed to sacrificing our preferences and finances if it means that our clients will succeed. If you don’t have a bed or clothing, we are committed to working with you right where you’re at and getting you the resources to succeed. If you’re struggling mentally and want to get better. We will help you get to a place of thriving.

  • We are committed to seeing lives restored. I have worked with countless cases through Summit Community Care and Capstone Treatment Center that experience true freedom. People who have been baptized, families restored, mental health regained and freedom from substance abuse. Additionally countless cases of individuals who were discharged from the Arkansas State Hospital and are now thriving.

Founder

Jon Mark Brasher

Jon Mark Brasher originates from Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of Harding University with a bachelors in Information Systems. He has worked for Capstone Treatment Center as the Weekend Coordinator and built rapport with many clients. While serving at Capstone, he would take individuals on Adventure Days. Clients would participate in fishing, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking or tubing. He transitioned to Summit Community Care as a Care Coordinator and was promoted to the Enhanced Care team. While at Summit, Jon Mark was able to partner with providers on finding ways to get people in the community and out of the hospital. Jon Mark worked on high risk cases that had stakeholders of 911 Coordinators, DCFS, DHS, Benchmark, Residential Treatment Facilities, Residential Care Facilities, acute hospitals, outpatient providers and CES Waiver providers.

Jon Mark has a passion for the people that he works for. It was not uncommon for him to go above and beyond for his clients. Jon Mark additionally has been able to serve people with substance abuse and rebellion. He genuinely has a heart for the least of these and wants to see people’s lives changed.
