What to do after getting off the waitlist for CES Waiver?

Congratulations! You are officially a recipient of the CES Waiver. Many people are still on the waiting list and would love to have the opportunity you now have.

The first step is to accept your waiver slot. DDS will send you a letter in the mail that you must respond to. If you do not receive this letter, please contact 501-683-5687.

Next, you will contact your Care Coordinator to discuss your provider options. Attached is the July 2026 list of providers:https://humanservices.arkansas.gov/wp-content/uploads/DDS_CES_Waiver_Provider_List.pdf
